Life is about phases & stages, circles & cycles isn't it! Well in May since my last blog I have had a few operations to fix this machine I call my body.One to get a sunspot off my nose, the other a freaky knee cap break & repair! So haven't been here and 'present' the past month until today. Hard stuff, but def a vehicle to Slow Down!
